Welcome to City Ticket! Our 3-in-one mobile app includes quick and secure mobile purchasing, an innovative loyalty program with cross-selling opportunities through partner pairing, and a digital marketing engine that drives customers to local businesses for their everyday purchases.


User Responsibilities:


Account Creation:
• You may be required to sign up for an account, select a password and user name (“City Ticket User ID”), and provide us with certain information or data, such as your contact information.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and updated registration information about yourself.
• You may not select as your City Ticket User ID a name that you do not have the right to use or another person’s name with the intent to impersonate that person.
• You may not transfer your account to anyone else without our prior written permission.
Third-Party Account Access:
• You may access certain parts or features of the Services using your account credentials from other services (e.g., Google, Facebook).
• By using the Services through a Third Party Account, you permit us to access certain information from such account for use by the Services.


Legal Compliance:
• You represent and warrant that you are an individual of legal age to form a binding contract or have received your parent’s or guardian’s permission to use the Services.
• You will comply with all applicable laws in your use of the Services.
Security:
• You must protect the security of your City Ticket User ID, account, and password.
• You are responsible for any activity associated with your City Ticket User ID and account.
